Samyama Yoga Center Pouches

Yeah tons of photos!  Your welcome for including the photoshoot I had with Michelle when I dropped off the pouches! HAHA

But really it was such a blast going to see this incredible yoga studio and boutique!  Everything in there makes you want to close your eyes and forget the world.  Not that I don’t do that often enough as it is, probably too much, but this place makes me feel like it’s ok =)

Anyhow this group of pouches was so fun!  Really!

I’d only made myself a pouch before in the past, and it rocks my world, I put everything in that little things and then shove it in my purse and I’m ready for real life.

This time I made 3 different sizes, and was so excited to use this donated scrap fabric!  My mothers long time friend used to be really big into sewing and still had a whole bunch of scraps left over, much of which she’s had for years!  When she found out that I upcycle any and all old fabrics she immediately sent me these beautiful and colorful pieces.

One of my favorite things to do is pair fabrics together and match up colors that people wouldn’t expect.  I love the idea of opening up a bag or pouch and getting a fun blast of color, and thankfully this batch allowed me to have all kinds of fun =)

When I finished all of these the hardest part was dropping them off.  I wanted to keep at least 3 of them, if not all (and I almost did!) but off I went.

And I’m glad I did!  Although it’s weird this time.  I usually deliver directly to the buyer so I get to see everyone’s reactions.  This is the first time I won’t be able to interact with my client directly and it’s weird!

So here’s to you Samyama customers.  I hope you love your pouches as much as I loved making them.  And here’s to h0ping they sell!

Thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy!

*****Each product is handmade and re-purposed from second hand clothing and fabrics and is completely one of a kind, I couldn’t duplicate any of these bags even if I wanted too! It’s my way of going green and staying in style.
